Job Summary:
The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and maintenance of a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
2. Ensure quality control and implement quality management systems.
3. Manage and optimize production processes, resources, and workflows.
4. Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
5. Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Analyse and improve production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
5. Ability to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
