All services are subject to specific agreements between the client/candidate and the company.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

• Candidates must provide accurate, updated, and genuine information in resumes, applications, and communications.
• Any false information may lead to rejection or termination of services.
• Selection, hiring, and employment terms are at the sole discretion of the employer; Honest Recruitment Solution only facilitates the process.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear job descriptions, requirements, and fair employment practices.
• Clients are responsible for final hiring decisions; Honest Recruitment Solution does not guarantee candidate performance or long-term retention.

5. Payments & Fees

• Charges for recruitment/consultancy services will be defined in separate agreements with clients.
• Fees are non-refundable unless specifically agreed otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Honest Recruitment Solution will not be liable for:
• Employment decisions made by clients.
• Any disputes between employers and employees.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and promotional documents remain the property of Honest Recruitment Solution. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian law, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
